Isaiah Briley of Briley Builds is without question the most conscientious contractor of any kind I have ever dealt with in my almost 70 years of life. His attention to detail and work ethic are unmatched, especially these days. He built a beautiful porch on my home and I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my family and friends. This is the second time we have used Briley Builds to remodel our space. The first was a kitchen remodel 3 years ago. The experience was so positive that after buying out forever home, we called on Isaiah again to do a complete remodel including an all new kitchen, new bathrooms, new utilities and in some rooms, moving walls and raising the ceilings. We also added a screened porch with a fireplace. The transformation was dramatic and we could not be happier! Isaiah’s communication was superb. I can't say enough good things about Briley Builds! Isaiah just wrapped up our kitchen renovation and it was the absolute best construction experience. During our consultation, Isaiah asked me to share my Pinterest board with him so that he could get an idea of exactly what I was picturing. He then based his estimate on the finishes I wanted, which meant the allowances he included in his estimate were realistic and I didn't have to compromise on what I could afford vs what I actually wanted. During the project, Isaiah updated my husband and I nearly daily to share details about the work that had been done that day and what we could expect the following day and later that week. He even stayed late a couple of days to talk us through decisions, like how to lay our floor tile and where we wanted our lights positioned. Another thing that stuck out to me was how Isaiah and his team left our home each day - they made an effort to clean up as much as possible. On several occasions, I got home from work and found Isaiah vacuuming our floors to get rid of as much of the drywall dust as possible. He literally did everything he could to make sure our family was as comfortable as possible during the process. The project also finished on time and under budget, with all necessary change orders clearly explained - no surprises at any point in this process. I would choose Briley Builds for another project in a heartbeat!

If you're in need or are planning on a home improvement project, your first call needs to be to Briley Builds! We had an unfortunate undetected leak in our master bathroom shower that caused sub-flooring issues. Isaiah responded quickly, came out to assess the issue/ damage and provided an estimate within a couple of days. We were planning a bathroom remodel in the near future but decided that we'd kill two birds with one stone and do the full remodel. Any project like this can be stressful and inconvenient at times but Isaiah and his team made the process stress free and the inconveniences were minimal. The workmanship is excellent, the craftsmen were professional and the workspace was cleaned every evening. With that said, the best part of working with Briley Builds is that Isaiah communicated with us at every day /step of the project. This level of communication put our minds at ease and we always knew where we were on the project and what the next steps were. If you've ever done a major remodel, that level of communication is invaluable. Today we are enjoying our dream bathroom. We will be using Briley Builds for all of our future projects.

We needed an upfit of our kitchen and living area that included new granite countertops with new backsplash, new sink and faucet, relocation of wall oven with new cabinetry, replacement of defective double hung window with new larger sliding window, painting of all walls including cabinetry, and more. Isaiah even coordinated and installed a custom made double hung storm door to match the existing antique doors. Briley Builds is a competent builder that provides quality workmanship for home improvements. The company is able to self-perform much of the work and uses effective subcontractors for specialty work. The original detailed estimate/proposal becomes the basis for all work performed. Any variations that come up during the performance of the work are discussed and a revised path forward is agreed to. Isaiah responds to inquiries and focuses on getting the best result. I would utilize Briley Builds for future projects in a heartbeat.

We just moved into our new home, and have an open two-story living space with a prominent blank wall. We wanted to fill the space with book shelves 17' wide and over 13' high--complete with a library style ladder. To save some money, we purchased the shelves and cabinets from Ikea (Billy bookshelves), and asked BrileyBuilds to install the shelves and cabinets, giving the entire wall a craftsman custom-built look. Contracted BrileyBuilds (BB) to repair the hurricane damage to our house. On our first meeting BB reviewed our insurance adjuster’s report and walked us through each line item. When BB’s quote came back it covered all our repairs and was very close to our insurance claim. Two other quotes were much higher. From start to finish all the work was completed in a timely manner. Every sub-contractor that BB used did excellent work and communicated with us during the entire project. BB stayed in touch at all times and answered our calls quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the work and highly recommend BB.

Highly recommend Briley Builds for renovations. He and his team did a wonderful job updating part of our kitchen. Demo was fast, replacement of cabinets quick and they were so clean and careful. Our pretty quartz countertop was able to be salvaged, new hood put in, small gas stove replaced with large induction cooktop and island color updated. My husband and I bought our first home in January, we loved our house but knew the kitchen needed some serious work. It had hardly any space, and everything very outdated and poorly constructed in the first place. The first person we thought of was Isaiah as we had seen alot of the work he had done for other people and really liked it. We were so comfortable with Isaiah that we didn't even bother to get a second quote. We knew he was going to do a great job and wasn't over charging us, and on top of that, he was able to start our renovation about 2 months later which is very quick compared to most other contractors. His team were all very respectful and timely and Isaiah truly did turn our dream kitchen into a living reality. He does his work with joy and commitment to client satisfaction. He is very honest, personable, and great communication. We are so glad we trusted Isaiah and his team with such a big important part of our home!
