Contracted BrileyBuilds (BB) to repair the hurricane damage to our house. On our first meeting BB reviewed our insurance adjuster’s report and walked us through each line item. When BB’s quote came back it covered all our repairs and was very close to our insurance claim. Two other quotes were much higher. From start to finish all the work was completed in a timely manner. Every sub-contractor that BB used did excellent work and communicated with us during the entire project. BB stayed in touch at all times and answered our calls quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the work and highly recommend BB.

We just moved into our new home, and have an open two-story living space with a prominent blank wall. We wanted to fill the space with book shelves 17' wide and over 13' high--complete with a library style ladder. To save some money, we purchased the shelves and cabinets from Ikea (Billy bookshelves), and asked BrileyBuilds to install the shelves and cabinets, giving the entire wall a craftsman custom-built look. The finished product far exceeded our expectations! Isaiah was very professional and helpful from start to finish.

We needed an upfit of our kitchen and living area that included new granite countertops with new backsplash, new sink and faucet, relocation of wall oven with new cabinetry, replacement of defective double hung window with new larger sliding window, painting of all walls including cabinetry, and more. Isaiah even coordinated and installed a custom made double hung storm door to match the existing antique doors. Briley Builds is a competent builder that provides quality workmanship for home improvements. The company is able to self-perform much of the work and uses effective subcontractors for specialty work. The original detailed estimate/proposal becomes the basis for all work performed. Any variations that come up during the performance of the work are discussed and a revised path forward is agreed to. Isaiah responds to inquiries and focuses on getting the best result. I would utilize Briley Builds for future projects in a heartbeat.

If you're in need or are planning on a home improvement project, your first call needs to be to Briley Builds! We had an unfortunate undetected leak in our master bathroom shower that caused sub-flooring issues. Isaiah responded quickly, came out to assess the issue/ damage and provided an estimate within a couple of days. We were planning a bathroom remodel in the near future but decided that we'd kill two birds with one stone and do the full remodel. Any project like this can be stressful and inconvenient at times but Isaiah and his team made the process stress free and the inconveniences were minimal. The workmanship is excellent, the craftsmen were professional and the workspace was cleaned every evening. With that said, the best part of working with Briley Builds is that Isaiah communicated with us at every day /step of the project. This level of communication put our minds at ease and we always knew where we were on the project and what the next steps were. My husband and I bought our first home in January, we loved our house but knew the kitchen needed some serious work. It had hardly any space, and everything very outdated and poorly constructed in the first place. The first person we thought of was Isaiah as we had seen alot of the work he had done for other people and really liked it. We were so comfortable with Isaiah that we didn't even bother to get a second quote. We knew he was going to do a great job and wasn't over charging us, and on top of that, he was able to start our renovation about 2 months later which is very quick compared to most other contractors. His team were all very respectful and timely and Isaiah truly did turn our dream kitchen into a living reality. He does his work with joy and commitment to client satisfaction.
