I can't say enough good things about Briley Builds! Isaiah just wrapped up our kitchen renovation and it was the absolute best construction experience. During our consultation, Isaiah asked me to share my Pinterest board with him so that he could get an idea of exactly what I was picturing. He then based his estimate on the finishes I wanted, which meant the allowances he included in his estimate were realistic and I didn't have to compromise on what I could afford vs what I actually wanted. During the project, Isaiah updated my husband and I nearly daily to share details about the work that had been done that day and what we could expect the following day and later that week. He even stayed late a couple of days to talk us through decisions, like how to lay our floor tile and where we wanted our lights positioned. Another thing that stuck out to me was how Isaiah and his team left our home each day - they made an effort to clean up as much as possible. On several occasions, I got home from work and found Isaiah vacuuming our floors to get rid of as much of the drywall dust as possible. He literally did everything he could to make sure our family was as comfortable as possible during the process. The project also finished on time and under budget, with all necessary change orders clearly explained - no surprises at any point in this process. I would choose Briley Builds for another project in a heartbeat!
